Read each listing’s description and any service details carefully. Ask for clarification before making decisions. A moderated listing is not an identity or background check. There are currently no published partner listings.
02 · BE RESPECTFUL
Communicate clearly
Be courteous, state expectations, and respect boundaries. DuPartner does not currently provide in-platform messaging or booking confirmation.
03 · PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
Keep private details private
Do not submit passwords, one-time codes, card or bank details through Contact Us. The marketplace does not currently handle listing-based bookings or payments.
04 · NOTICE RED FLAGS
Pause on suspicious requests
Be cautious of pressure to act immediately, requests for gift cards or cryptocurrency, advance payments through unusual channels, or requests for passwords and verification codes. Do not rely on DuPartner to mediate a transaction.
REPORTING A CONCERN
Use the available contact channel
You can send a concern through the general Contact Us form. It is not a dedicated report button or an urgent support channel. Submissions are stored in WordPress; email notification delivery to the administrator has not been confirmed. No response-time guarantee is offered.
Include only the details needed to explain the concern. Do not send passwords, payment data, or other sensitive information.

The HivePress partner directory and keyword search are available. HivePress listing moderation is enabled for listings before publication. The general Jetpack Contact Us form stores submitted responses in WordPress.
Not currently available
There are no published partner listings, and partner registration is disabled. Identity verification, background checks, insurance checks, review badges, in-platform messaging, bookings, listing payments, and a dedicated concern-reporting workflow are not enabled.
Moderation is a publication control; it does not establish identity, service quality, or safety. No public feature roadmap is published, so unavailable features are not described here as planned.
